Serene Greene
Serene Greene, a women and veteran owned company hired CLC Design Studio to assist it with site analysis, test fits, and the ultimate design of their chosen potential cannabis dispensary site. Serene Green’s Narberth location presented CLC Design Studio with a unique challenge: a three story building on the Main Line in a diverse mix of commercial and residential properties. Being a multi-floor dispensary, the design had to factor in important details such as deliveries and accessibility for all patients including an elevator to enhance first and second floor accessibility.
With an overall footprint in excess of 5,100 square feet spread over three floors, CLC Design Studio was able to create a space transforming a neglected property into a cutting edge, artistic space with a vision of providing top level patient care while conforming with the image and values of the community.
