Restore | Doylestown

Building on its early successes in Pennsylvania’s medical marijuana program, Restore once again enlisted CLC Design Studio for their Phase 2 application in 2018. The project involved transforming a large, neglected, nearly 7,000-square-foot space in a Doylestown shopping plaza into a modern medical facility. The location, previously a thrift store and an in-ground pool from Sullivan Pool Store, posed significant design challenges, including dealing with the unsightly remnants of the old pool.

CLC Design Studio tackled these challenges head-on, turning the space into a contemporary medical facility that earned a top 5 score for facility plan and layout among nearly 200 applicants, ultimately helping Restore secure a second permit.

Drawing inspiration from the historic charm of Bucks County, CLC Design Studio created a space that seamlessly blends Restore’s patient-first philosophy with a contemporary, stylish, and welcoming atmosphere. This thoughtfully designed environment appeals to both patients and the broader community, reinforcing the successful aesthetic developed in Restore’s other dispensaries.
